1. DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs guarantees the product will arrive in Original/Good Condition or it will be replaced at Our Expense.
2. We must be contacted within 48 hours (2 days) of goods which have been damaged or aren’t in original/good condition - for replacement policy to be valid – and goods MUST be shipped back to DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs UN-OPENED within the 48 hour (2 day) period.The day, date and address you received the order/package at, originally, is recorded in our tracking system, from ’Australia Post’ and the customer MUST ship/post the order/product back to DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs within 48 hours (2 days) FROM the same, original postal address the customer first had the order/package sent to – the customer needs to also supply a tracking number, as well!! If goods/package is sent-for-return by the customer AFTER 48 hours (E.g. 2 days have passed), or customer DOESN’T notify DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs of damaged goods/packages within 48 hours (2 days), then refund or replacement of goods is up to the discretion of DAF’s Coffee Connoisseursmanagement; [Mr Dean Fallon].
N.B: If goods need to be returned due to damage to them through the shipping/postage, freight and handling stages – while been sent to the customer, from DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs: both shipping/postage, freight and handling costs TO AND FROMDAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs will be reimbursed to customer or deducted off next purchase price.
3. Refunds will ONLY be given at the discretion of company management; [Mr Dean Fallon] – hence there must be GOOD reason and/or PROOF of problem with product/order, to be eligible for a refund. If MORE THAN 10% of the Kopi Luwak (product) has been used or is missing from the returned product/order, then NO CASH OR CREDIT will be reimbursed. IF ONLY 10% OR LESS IS MISSING, then cash/credit MAY be reimbursed, or the most likely deal to be implemented, is the same or similar size/cost product(s)/order will be sent out to customer instead.
4. If customer(s) cancel their order(s) AFTER order has ALREADY been shipped/posted or freighted to them, then any order(s) fee on the customers bankcard or chosen payment method and account including shipping/postage/freight and handling (one way) costs will still be deducted from the customer’s account.
5. Please allow up to 13 to 20 days for full cash or credit card reimbursement transactions to be completed [if we are having trouble reimbursing the money into the customers bank account]; otherwise; reimbursement should take 4 to 8 days - if you choose a money back refund – instead of another order/package been sent out to you – and we will email you once refund transaction has been completed.
b) Payment Guarantee Policy:
1. Due to variable exchange rates offered by world banks, country to country, some credit card orders may incur a charge discrepancy or Tax charge (in or from the customers own home Country(s) Bank(s)).
2. To process and hence; ship, post or freight out an order to the customer - payment is required in full and payment must also be cleared into the DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs business bank/transaction account before shipping/postage or freight happens. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and DebitCard), PayPal, bank transfer and cash.
