Q1. What will be the ‘Delivery Option’ you will use to send my order?
A1. Firstly, it depends on where the parcel/customer destination address is. We use ‘Australia Post’ to deliver parcels – and under ‘Australia Post’ we send both Nationally and Internationally – The options for shipping/postage/freight and handling through Australia Post are:
1. Australia Post:a) Australian NATIONAL – REGULAR Post Delivery Option, and b) Australian NATIONAL – EXPRESS Post Delivery Option.
1. Australia Post:c) INTERNATIONAL – AIR FREIGHT Post Delivery Option, and d) INTERNATIONAL –SEA MAILPost Delivery Option. N.B: SEA MAIL DELIVERYis the CHEAPEST delivery method for ALL INTERNATIONAL PARCELS – It is CHEAPER THAN ALL OTHER INTERNATIONALShipping/Post/Freight and handling options offered by Australia Post - BUT MAY NOT BE AS QUICK AS AIR FREIGHT! Therefore, DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs offers both Sea Mail and Air Freight as Shipping/Post/Freight and handling options for sending parcels to International customers!
Q2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A2.If your order is sent through Australia Post as a NATIONAL POST (Somewhere in Australia) via:
i) REGULAR POST (IN THE SAME STATE): For REGULAR Australia Post IN THE SAME STATE, allow approximately 2 to 5 working days to receive the parcel and at worst (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post)allow an outside 6 to 8 days, for anywhere in the SAME Australian State.
ii) REGULAR POST (INTERSTATE): For REGULAR Australia Post INTERSTATE, allow approximately 2 to 6 working days to receive the parcel and at worst (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post) allow an outside 7 to 9 days, for anywhere in the Interstate (National) Australian Post.
iii) EXPRESS POST (IN THE SAME STATE): For EXPRESS Australia Post IN THE SAME STATE, generally the parcel will arrive the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. This is IF the parcel is posted and picked up by Australia Post at the correct time/collection. Otherwise (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post) allow an outside 2 to 4 days, for anywhere in the SAME Australian state.
iv) EXPRESS POST (INTERSTATE): For EXPRESS Australia Post INTERSTATE, generally the parcel will arrive the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. This is IFthe parcel is posted and picked up by Australia Post at the correct collection time. Otherwise (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post) allow an outside 2 to 5 days, for anywhere in Interstate (National) Australian Post.
*** If your order is sent through: Australia Post as an INTERNATIONAL POST ***(Other World Countries OUTSIDE of Australia); via:
i) For Australia Post - AIR FREIGHTdelivery option, ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, allow a minimum of 5 to 10 days to receive parcel and at worst (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post) allow an outside 8 to 13 days, for Any International Destination.
ii) For Australia Post - SEA MAIL delivery option, FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS,allow a minimum of 6 to 11 days to receive parcel and at worst (due to strange circumstances through Australia Post) allow an outside 9 to 15 days, for Any International Destination.
N.B:Remember that DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs can take up to 3 working days to FIRSTLY post the parcel(s), as the payment transaction, by the customer, HAS to be confirmed payed and cleared into DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs Bank Account, before parcel can be posted out to customer.This means if Australia Post hasn’t delivered the parcel by the time(s) stipulated above, then allow 1 to 3 days EXTRA as DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs may have been forced to send parcel between 1 and 3 days AFTER customer has purchased the product(s) off DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs Web-Store and have also received their ‘Confirmation of Purchase’ emails, too.
Q3. What price will it cost to post me the Kopi Luwak?
A3. Below is a shipping/postage/freight and handling ‘Cost V’s Weight of Parcel(s)/Package(s)’ – Table. These tables give a VERY CLOSE ESTIMATION of what your shipping/postage/freight and handling costs will be for your purchase order - according to the parcels/packages weight(s) in that order.
N.B: These postage/shipping/freight and handling prices are ON TOP of the product(s)/pouch(s) prices listed on the DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs Web-Store on the internet - BUT The postage/shipping option you choose for your parcel to be delivered to you will automatically come up in the “SHOPPING CART AND CHECKOUT” sections of your purchase order on the Web-Store and will be added to your end costs before paying for the total order purchase. BUT you MUST realise that if you purchase, 3 pouches of Kopi Luwak off the Web-Store in one (1) order, then you DON’T have to pay 3 lots of postage/shipping/freight and handling costs, you only pay one (1) lot of postage/shipping/freight and handling costs. Australia Post postage/shipping/freight and handling costs work on the WEIGHT of the PARCEL, so therefore, the customer has to pay the postage/shipping/freight and handling costs ACCORDING to the WEIGHT of their order parcel(s). Q4. It has been a week since I placed an order, when will you ship it?
A4. Read through these Four (4) answers to this question (below) and see if they help you out at all!
i) All orders are posted/shipped WITHIN 1 to 3 days after customer orders have been financially cleared – meaning, when the customer’s money/payment CLEARS, into DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs Bank Account, then within 1 to 3 days the parcel will be sent or posted/shipped. This means if you (the customer) chose REGULAR POST DELIVERY and you are in Australia (National), for your postage choice, then your parcel can take up to 4 to 5 working days PLUS a possible 1 to 3 days for original posting/shipping byDAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs. If something went wrong with Australia Post processing, as well, then allow a couple of extra days, therefore, it could be up to 6 to 7 days postage delivery time for REGULAR POST.
ii) If you chose EXPRESS POST DELIVERY and you are in Australia (National), the parcel should arrive the ‘Next Business Day’, but allow 2 to 4 days extra for delivery with a possible 1 to 3 days original posting time from DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs, equalling a total wait of approximately 3 to 5 days, with an outside chance of 6 to 7 days, if Australia Post have problems.
iii) If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER and using AIR FREIGHT SHIPPING, then allow for 5 to 10 days postage/shipping time PLUS 1 to 3 days Original Postage/Shipping time from DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs sending out the parcel(s)/package(s), equalling a total of approximately 6 to 9 days wait, or 10 to 11 days if something goes wrong with Australia Post.
iv) If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER and using SEA MAIL SHIPPING, then allow for 6 to 11 days postage/shipping time PLUS 1 to 3 days Original Postage/Shipping time from DAF’s Coffee Connoisseurs sending out the parcel(s)/package(s), equalling a total of approximately 6 to 9 days wait, or 9 to 15 days if something goes wrong with Australia Post.
Q5. It has been Two (2) weeks since I placed an order, when will I receive it?
A5. If you haven’t received your parcel by 2 weeks, then I suspect it is basically RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR ANY DAY! See Q.4) and A.4) above for approximate delivery times and work out which category you fit into, then if by say 16 to 17 days after you received your ‘Purchase Confirmation Email’, confirming your purchase has gone through and you successfully paid and your money was cleared into DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs Bank Account - for the purchase of our Kopi Luwak Pouch(s)/Product(s) and your Bankcard, CreditCard, DebitCard or PayPal Account has been debited, it might be best to contact (Mr Dean Fallon manager/owner) via phone or email and I will investigate where your parcel may be. Remember to keep checking your ‘Tracking Number’ all throughout the parcels delivery period.
Q6. How do/can I track my order?
A6. Once an order has been placed and the customer’s money has cleared and credited into the DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs bank account, then along with the "Shipped Out - Email" sent to the customer when their order/parcel(s) have been posted/shipped to the address they placed in their personal details, Mr Dean Fallon will ALSO SEND a "Tracking Number Link - to/with Australia Post" allowing the customer to "Track" their order/parcel(s) starting with/from DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs business address all the way to the customers home address!
Q7. Do you ship to my country?
A7. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT SHIP OR SELL/EXPORT OUR PRODUCTS TO NORTH AMERICA OR CANADA!! This is due to the HUGELY HIGHER EXCESS costs/rates for our "Insurance Policy", under the "Third Party Liability Claim"!! The fact is; the excess for a Third Party Liability Claim from North America and Canada is TWENTY (20) times (x's) the cost than ANYWHERE ELSE in the WORLD!! At present we just can NOT AFFORD THIS COST if the claim ever happened!! BUT AS SOON AS DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs CAN AFFORD THIS EXCESS COST we will IMMEDIATELY BEGIN trading with North America and Canada!!
